Our client is looking for an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader with experience dealing with top end clients.
Initially looking after a very small team you will have the ability to develop your career quickly as the company and your team expands.
Our client is a well-known and respected individual in the horticultural sector who seeks to bring only the best people into his team and offers both a fantastic salary structure and opportunities to the right candidate.
Within this mobile role you will visit very limited locations each day, 1 or 2 only. Assisting in providing high-end garden maintenance to existing projects in areas such as Dulwich, Covent Garden and Hampstead.
Good plant knowledge is strongly desirable, and this role would ideally suit a horticulturally trained person.
If you have proven time serve skills or are currently obtaining your RHS you will also be considered, so they are happy to receive applications from candidates who need a day off per week to obtain a Horticultural Qualification.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. There is massive scope for promotion, and you will be working on stunning gardens.

Experience in multi-site disciplines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Full Clean driving license, desirable
