Rochfords Tree Services Ltd based in Essex are looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Groundsman to join our professional tree surgery team. We are a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and customer service.
The Role:
- Supporting climbers with ground operations
- Safe use of chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders
- Processing and handling timber and brash
- Maintaining a tidy and safe worksite
- Driving and operating company vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a groundsman within tree surgery
- NPTC / LANTRA qualifications (CS30/31 minimum preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (towing licence advantageous)
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices
- Ability to work well as part of a team with a positive attitude
