Howlett's Professional Tree Services was established in 2018 and is a successful, fast-growing Tree Surgery company providing both domestic and commercial tree services across Hertfordshire, North London and Essex. We carry out all aspects of tree work, including tree felling, pruning, stump grinding, and hedge trimming.
We are looking for a trainee tree surgeon to work with a small team of other tree surgeons and ground workers.
Experience of working in the tree surgery industry is desirable as are the appropriate City and Guilds / Level 2 Certificates in Arboriculture (will consider candidates who are working towards obtaining these), and the candidate must be physically fit and able to perform the role to a high standard, and must possess a strong work ethic.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is a good communicator, is able to work effectively as part of a team, and is highly reliable and punctual. A good sense of humour is also a must as well as a willingness to work in all types of weather conditions.
The candidate must also:
- Be highly motivated and able to work to a high standard of both safety and quality.
- Ideally possess a full UK driving license.
- Have a flexible approach to working hours, as required.
Salary is dependent on experience.
