Role: Community
Growing Project Facilitator
Hours: 15 hours a week with flexibility, including
weekends and evenings
Salary: £26,708 pro rata (employers pension contribution
6%)
Location: De Frene Market Garden & other London
spots

Responsibilities: Co-design sessions, engage
participants, lead activities, and evaluate impact.
