JOT LONDON LTD – GARDEN MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER
London-based Garden Maintenance Company working with high end restaurants and bars in
Central, South and West London and a few high end private residenKal clients in South West
London.
Looking for a Maintenance Gardener to join the team.
Work will include:
- Tending to Hanging baskets, window boxes, containers, beds and borders
- Watering and feeding both with a hose and watering can
- Ground clearance and seasonal work
- Mixing compost for planKng and mulching beds
- Sweeping and maintenance of hard surfaces and furniture within the gardens
- Maintenance and cleaning of water features
- Day to day maintenance of irrigaKon systems
- Installing training wires using a drill
- Tending to interior plant displays
Key Requirements:
- Must have own PPE including boots, gloves and waterproofs
- EnthusiasKc and have an interest in HorKculture
- Reasonable plant knowledge and/or willingness to learn
- Speak good English and be Polite and Presentable
- Good Kmekeeping and hard working
- Be physically able to use a step ladder and carry watering cans and compost
- Health and Safety awareness
- Driving licence helpful but not essenKal
- PA1 and PA6 useful but not essenKal
Hours generally 8am to 430pm
Reasonably flexible in terms of Full Kme/Part Time but must be available Monday, Tuesday
and Thursday.
PAYE or Self-employed.
From £12/hour depending on experience.
