WANTED: GROUNDS PERSON
London Playing Fields Foundation wishes to appoint a highly motivated grounds person, to work across their various East London sites. This part-time role (3 days per week) will initially be offered on a 3-month probationary period with a view to appointing the successful applicant to a full-time position.
London Playing Fields Foundation, a registered charity founded in 1890, is the leading body for the protection and provision of playing fields in London. It owns and operates seven sports grounds across the capital and its vision is to create a healthier, happier, and more cohesive London by getting more people playing sport.
The role would suit someone interested sports pitch preparation, who would like to continue a career in grounds work.
