Tulip Landscapes is a family run company that provides bespoke landscape garden design, planting and garden maintenance services to commercial and residential clients in London and the country.
Our portfolio extends from private gardens and roof terraces to corporate spaces for international brands and London clubs. Our trained landscape architect, designers, horticulturalists, and gardeners work closely with private and commercial clients to realise their vision and ensure gardens are sustainable and look good over the long term.
Founded 20 years ago, with offices in Queens Park NW London, they are now a strong team of 20. We are seeking a proactive Garden Designer/Landscape Architect to work alongside the Senior Designer and Creative Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage design projects, from start to finish
- Develop mood boards and concept drawings
- Produce construction drawings, schedules and specification for builds and designs
- Produce imaginative and practical plant designs and be experienced at plant sourcing and ordering
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Manage and oversee planting schedules ensuring everything is completed on time and on budget
Required Skills & Experience
- Have a Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture or Garden Design with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Have a good understanding of hard landscaping and construction details
- Excellent working knowledge of Vectorworks or CAD is vital for this position
- Have a good plant knowledge and a love of plants
- Be a team player, happy to muck in where necessary and in all weathers.
Salary according to experience.
