  • Holocaust Memorial Day is officially on the 27th of January, it’s a date when millions around the globe remember those affected by genocide. The date is held on the day when Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest concentration camp, was liberated from the Nazis back in 1945. Six million Jews were killed by the Nazis but some studies suggest the true death toll could be as many as 20 million.
